This program provides that the American Legion Orville Jackson Post 127, Eagle Idaho will display the American Flag at your place of business on 13 major flag days during the year (except during inclement weather or possible hanging night before).

Holidays that are covered:

Martin Luther King Jr. Day

President’s Day

National Vietnam War Veterans Day

Memorial Day *Mourning black streamer hung until noon

Flag Day

Independence Day

Eagle Fun Days (Saturday or Friday - Monday) 

Labor Day

Patriot Day *Mourning black streamer hung until noon

National POW/MIA Recognition Day

Columbus Day

Veterans Day

Pearl Harbor Remembrance *Mourning black streamer hung until noon

Orville Jackson Post 127 will display and remove the American Flag at your place of business on the days noted above. 

The tax-deductible yearly donation of $35.00 helps our Post serve our Veterans and Community through a variety of programs including:  High School Oratorical Contests, Boys State, Wreaths Across America, Operation Peanuts For Patriots, Operation Thank a Veteran, Secret Santa to  Military or Veteran Families, Care packages to our deployed Soldiers and various Veteran needs throughout the year to mention a few.
